Turning off MDI so I can print.

I'm attempting to print a document in Word but, it is only allowing me to
save the document as a MDI (microsoft document imaging format). It will not
allow me to save it as a Word document. What must I do to turn this feature
off so I can print and save my doc as a Word doc?

Sounds like "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" is selected
as the default printer in Start | Control Panel | Printers and
Faxes. Try changing the default printer to the one that you
actually want to print to.
