How do I turn off Visio template help pane permanently?

Every time I open a file in Visio, the stupid template help bar eats up the
right side of my screen. How do I turn it off permanently and avoid the
extra keystrokes and wait while the screen resizes?

It is very well hidden.
menu Tools -> Options
General tab
at the bottom click on Service Options ( I bet you never even noticed
it down there!) let alone guess what it might mean.
in The Online Content section you can turn off the template stuff.
