How do I turn on Assistant Sound Effects for Rocky ?

This message appeared when I clicked 'make sounds' under the Office
Assistant Options "Assistant Sound Effects cannot be enabled at this time.
Try turning it on from the Microsoft Agent Property Sheet." Where do I find
this ? Thanks.

Have you installed the sound pack download from Microsoft Office support
site? You must be using an older version of Office, but all versions need
the sound pack to be downloaded first.
