How do I turn pictures into black and white sketches?

i would like to know how to turn color pictures into black and white
sketches. I would like to put the picture on a sweatshirt. If anyone has
the answer please help.

Not in Word. The best you can do in Word is change the Color to "Black and
White," which I doubt is what you want.
