How do I tweak ms-publisher settings?

How do I set publisher options so that when it converts a business card to
pdf that it prints 2x6 rather than 2x5

You will have to setup your PDF printer to a custom 12 inch size, setup
Publisher with .75 side margin, zero top margin, zero gaps. Publisher should
default to six. At least it did for me.

Do you have Acrobat? File, page setup, printer tab, select PDF, properties.
Click add, type the dimensions, 8.5 x 12, give the new setup a name.
