HOW DO I UNBLOCK A DOCUMENT ?

I HAD PARTIALLY COMPLETED THE DOCUMENT AND HAD TO LEAVE IT SO AS TO RETURN
LATER BUT WHEN TRYING TO DO SO I WAS UNABLE TO DO SO AS THE THE DOCUMENT WAS
BLOCKED.
