How do I unblock an e-mail address to open attachements?

All of the sudden, I can't open attachements from an address. Any ideas on
what's going on?

Is it attachments from a specific address or any address? Is it a specific
type of attachment or all attachments? What version of Outlook? What type of
email account do you have (POP3, Exchange, etc.)?

Care to be any less vague? What exactly does "can't open" mean? What do
you try and what happens when you try it? What version of Outlook? What
account type? If you receive any error messages, exactly what do they say?

I apologize for being so vague...

It is attachments from one specifc e-mail address and it is all attachments.

I'm running Microsoft Outlook - Office Standard Edition 2003

E-mail account is
Incoming POP3
Outgoing SMTP

I do not receive an error message; the attachment just won't open.
It's all attachments from one specific e-mail address.

When I double click to open the attachment, nothing happens. I've tried
right clicking and then "open", but still nothing happens.

I'm running Microsoft Outlook - Office Standard Edition 2003

E-mail type is
Incoming POP3
Outgoing SMTP

Can you save the attachment to disk?
