How do I uncompress weekends when printing 2 pages/month?

I am trying to print my calendar, in monthly view, with the layout set to 2
pages/month. This is the only layout that seems to compress the weekends and
I would like to uncompress them. Does anyone know of a way to turn this
feature off?
