How do I undo a command via icon to e-mail a Word document?

I have just removed the e-mail button from my toolbar in Word (2003), because
I sometimes inadvertently click it, when I want the print button, next to it.
Then I am unable to Undo the command or otherwise to remove all e-mail
formatting (i.e., Address and Subject bars). This is annoying.

In the past, I tried cutting the text, deleting the file, and then pasting
the next in a new file, but it came up with all the e-mail stuff.

Most mistakes can be fixed; why can't I fix this one??

What problem are you trying to fix? The missing button? The cut and paste problem? Which?

The problem of not being able to undo the command to e-mail the document.
(The button is "missing" because I removed, to prevent my inadvertently
clicking on it again.)

I'm not sure what problem you are having now, but if you accidentally
click the Email button then just click it again to remove the email
message header.
