How do I uninstall FP2000

I am getting some funny results from FP2000, and assuming the installation
was corrupt, I tried uninstalling to reinstall. However, the uninstall fails
saying I do not have access to a registry key "hot_key....." How can I purge
the system and start again ?

That doesn't work either as I get the error message:

Error 1402. Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\FPAxTagPage,FPAxTagPage.1\CLSID.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support
personnel.

The uninstall then reverts back to the original.

Parts of my webpage disappear between my HD and the webserver (eg banner on
homepage). If I access the webserver and change my home page banner, it
works OK. I would still like to uninstall.
