how do I uninstall Office 2003 when all else fails

I have an end user that was able to corrupt their office 2003 installation
with a combination of Office 2000 and Office XP CDs. the problem is that I
get an error message saying: The installation source for this product is not
available. Verify that the source exists and you can access it.

I don't care what cause it I have spent way too much time on this and have
to get the enduser back to working. I just want to remove Office 2003 and
completely reinstall it without having to do a complete OS install could some
one please tell me what to remove to make this happen or what program to run
to uninstall this...

Hi

Though you have not mentioned the operating system on your computer, still
you can try windows cleanup installer utility available at :
support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Its a small installation that detects all microsoft programs on your
computer and then gives you the option to remove them. Thus if you have
problems uninstalling office or any other microsoft application this might
help you.
