how do I unlock frontpage 2003 "navigation layout"?

Can anyone help! For some reason my navigation structure has colapsed into
one box, and I am unable to expand it. Does anyone have any experience with
this proplem? Please, HELP!

If you mean in Nav view, click the little + next to the home page
