How do I unlock microsoft word?

My document is locked! How do I get it unlocked to use it? I clicked on help
and then activate it says enter the code. I entered the same code it had
given me and now it says it's not the right one

This is an ACCESS newsgroup. If you have a WORD question, you should post
it to a WORD newsgroup.

You might want to include the actual text of the message you get asking for
the code and the actual text of the error you get after you enter the code.
