how do I unlock Word Document?

I was editing my document this morning and the computer on it's own started
finishing updates. It shut down then booted back up by itself. When I opened
the document again it was locked. Please help, I need this document like
yesterday. Thank you.

Is it just this one document that's locked, or are ALL documents locked?
