How do I unmerge merged user accounts in Project 2003 Web Access?

We are using WMSDE with Project 2003.
We have merged a Project Manager who has dministrative rights with a global
team user account in the Web Access and want to unmerge them. Is there a way
short of deleting the original Admin user and recreating both?
How will that affect the Project manager's published projects if we do have
to delete and recreate?

I'm not aware of any unmerge function, and frankly, I don't think there's a
way, even when using SQL, to do this as the prior ownership of the
assignments is lost in the conversion. If you delete a resource, you delete
the work history and the future assignments for that resource.
