How do I unregister MS Office?

After having bought Office 2003, installing it on my laptop an
registering it, I've decided to stick with Office XP after all. Now I'd
like to sell Office 2003. How do I unregister the product?

There is not an UNregistration procedure. Simply uninstall it, transfer
ALL materials to the new owner, and advise them that they may need to
use the phone method of activation if they have difficulties.
