RTG Manager --
It sounds like your Project Server administrator has not set the correct
method of tracking in the system. To do so, he/she will need to log into
PWA with Administrator permissions and do the following:
1. Click the Admin menu
2. Click the Customize Project Web Access link
3. Set the method of tracking to "Hours of work done per day or per week"
4. Set the Lock Down Defaults option to "Force project managers to use..."
5. In the Time Period Settings section, select the "Resources should report
their hours worked every day"
6. Click the Save Changes button
Once done, every project manager will need to open every one of their
projects and click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments, and then
click OK. Doing so will "push" the new method of tracking to each user's
timesheet in PWA. Hope this helps.

The actual hours field appears as read only. I cannot update my time for
each day. Big problem seeing as that is why we wanted the web access in the
first place.
