how do I upload my pictures on the internet?

I am trying to post some pictures on the internet and I need to redirect the
picture. Does anyone know how to do that?

Do you have a web site?
Do you want to have the pictures displayed on your web page?
Or do you want the visitor click on a word which brings up the picture?

What version of Publisher are you using?
What version of Windows are you using?

Providing the above will help the helpers.
