How do I Upload Outlook Contacts from my PC to my ISP Webmail loca

I have been trying in vain to upload the MS Outlook Contacts on my PC to the
MS Outlook Contacts Folder found via the E-Mail tab on BT Business Connect
Hompage (my ISP).
Can anyone tell me how to do this?
