How do I use a CD that states it is "read-only"?

The CD containing my photos shows message that it is read-only. How do I
change this?

Copy your images to your hardrive, then right click on them (choose
Properties) and remove the Read Only attribute. You can do more than one at
a time.

A CD-R disc will only allow you to write once to the disc and allow
you to read from it only, 'Read Only. If it's a CD-RW then this
allows you to erase and write over any contents on the disc until the
disc wears out.
