I have a small Access Data base with about 7 or 8 fields of information that
I would like to relate to a few pull down fields in a form that I am
developing. The form will also have to be available on the web for users to
access, populate, download, print and email once completed. I can't seem to
figure out how to populate multiple fields on the form by selecting one field
in the database.
