In Access 97, if a report was set to use the "Default Printer", the report
would use the settings specified in the printer's properties of the control
panel (Print Quality, orientation, paper size, etc). In Access 2003 a report
that prints to the default printer prints in "Best" quality instead of
"Normal" quality, even though "Normal" is selected in the printer's
properties in the control panel. How do I get Access 2003 to use the control
