Using Internet Explorer visit your site. Choose Edit with Microsoft
FrontPage from the File drop menu. Enter you username and password when
prompted. The PUBLISH choosing the All pages option to your hard drive.
After this is complete, you can thereafter open the site on your hard drive,
make any change you wish and PUBLISH to your web site.
