Of course, you cannot have both Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 installed
simultaneously in the same instance of Windows. As to HotSync, contact the
vendor and ask if they have a version compatible with the beta.

Then you have two choices, I guess. Don't sync, or use a supported version
of Outlook.
