How do I use mail merge and change addresses for postcards?

I've set up a mail merge but my print preview shows the same name being
printed on each postcard, rather than a different name on each postcard.
How do I get it to print a different name on every postcard? Thanks!

This is a bug. You can test print on plain paper if you are undecided. There is a
check off for a test print on the print dialog page.

I am trying to set up publisher mail merge so that each title firsthame and
lastname on the SAME PAGE, actually it is from a word merge list for names on
membership cards, goes to the next record and doesn't just print the same
name again and again. Word has the next record command, but I don't know how
to do that in Publisher or even if it can be done.

Catalogue is too unwieldy for me, while letter merge is much easier to
layout exactly how you want it, only thing the next record will not come up
no matter what I try.

Any help out there?

I think Ed gave you the way to do this in an earlier thread.
You need to have whatever size of your publication on your screen.
