Hi, Open up Word, go to Tools,Envelopes and Labels, Options, choose what size
addresss label that you need and then ok. Then click new document. I hope
this is what you were referring to.

Hi Christy,
I actually wanted to load the postcards into the printer and print on
each one individually. Is there a way to set margins to do that?

Hi LaToya, I use the tools/envelope & labels/envelopes for that type of
project. You can create a custom size envelope which will work fine for your
odd size post cards also and it will print the addresses on the card just as
it does on the envelope.
If you are doing a merge do your merge to envelope feature and set up your
custom sized envelopes to print on your post cards.

Hope this helps
Judy
