How do I use Report Manager in Excel 2003 SP2?

I cannot find the Report Manager Addins in the Tools Menu. Is it because the
Addin was removed from the 2003 SP2 version?

Yes. Browse to www.microsoft.com , search for "excel report manager add-in"
(without the quotes), and download a copy.
