How do I use Rolodex in Outlook ?

The folder Rolodex appears in my file folders on Outlook. How do I use this
and what is it's purpose. I cannot find any information in the usual help
channels

Outlook does not add this. You probably have an add-in installed that
created that folder.
Which add-ins do you have installed?

If you don't use it, you can simply choose to delete this folder and see if
it returns.
