How do I use same host for two different web pages??

Hey guys...I am using my earthlink FTP to host two
different website but they both use same FTP, but
different web addresses. Everytime I try to update the
either one...it defaults and tries to add everything to
the page i updated. Please advise what I should try.

Don't use the Publish button
- always use File Publish and enter the full FTP path per
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=301553
