How do I use Text Address list to print addresses on envelopes?

I have used a text list of addresses used to print envelopes in the past
(word 2000). I find that the procedures used in mail merge with word 2000 do
not work with word 2003, and I have not found a procedure in the help
instructions that will work with my text list of addresses.

Any suggestions
