How do I use the NPV function in Access?

I would like to NPV some cashflows in a report. Is there an easy way to do
this?

No, although it is possible, there is no easy/good way.

Much better to use the PV function. If the payments
are not equal, find the PV of each and use the report
(or summation query) to sum the results.
