How do I verify that my username and password are correct in Outlo

When I click on "send/receive" I get an error message that says access to my
account has been denied. It says to verify that my username and password is
correct. How do I do that?

He's asking if you use a Hotmail account and, if so, that advising that you
should use the Hotmail Connector to access it.
