How do I view animated gifs in Outlook 2003? Mine are static!

When I view a message in OUtlook 2003 the gifs are not animated. How do I
view them animated?
I use Word as my editor and usually use Web layout view.
I cannot find any information on how to view the gifs as animated. Can you
help?

What program do you have associated with animated .gifs. Windows Picture and Fax
viewer should work as well as the Internet Explorer. You can download
www.irfanview.com , it is free, get the plug-ins.
