How do i view both sent and recieved messages on the same screen

I would like to be able to see both the incoming email and sent responses to
email on the same screen. How do I do that? Know I have had it in the past,
but haveing difficulty finding it. Currently using Outlook '03

Create a seach folder that shows the contents of both Inbox and Sent Items.

It depends on how you want to have it. Right click on your Sent Items folder
and choose "Open in new Window" so be able to see the folders side by side.

You could also create a Search Folder which aggregates the emails with
certain conditions from certain folders.

You can also right click on the message and use the Find All options.
