How do I view demos?

I can't watch demos; so I followed instructions to upgrade to latest Windows
Media 11 but it did not help. I click on demo; a window appears for a second
and then disappears. Can anyone help me find an answer? Thanks.

That's not related to Office. You'd be better off posting your question in a
