How do I view distribution lists I am a member of?

How do I view a list of distribution groups that others have put me in?
I want to know which groups I belong to that are run by our national
organization so I can request adding myself or eliminating according to my
needs for information.

I don't believe they're any way for you to tell what others have done on
their PCs without looking over their shoulders or visiting their PCs.
