How do I view email messages for more than seven days?

I realize that I can read all messages by selecting "View" then click
messages instead of last seven days but the view changes to something totally
different with a window pane and all that. I've played with define views,
current views, and nothing seems to show me all my messages in streamlined,
message line only view like when I go back and click "View last seven days".

If you set your view to arrange by date then show in groups this should show
you today, yesterday, last week etc...

Thanks for the info. I'm using Microsoft 2003 at present. I'll try the
