how do I view my incoming/outgoing mail server in outlook 2003?

You'll have to be a lot less vague when asking a question. The subject
isn't the appropriate place. The big white area where the message goes is.

Ok thank you, but can you help me out with the answer? When in office 2003,
is there a way to view what my incoming/outgoing mail server is so that I can
set up additional accounts?

Sure. Tools>E-mail Accounts>Add a new e-mail account>Next will allow you to
add accounts. Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing e-mail
accounts>Next will allow you to see the properties of the existing accounts.
