How do I view Public Folders on a PDA?

Our office places all business contact information in a contacts folder under
Public Folders. The individual's "personal" contacts is located in the
contacts folder in their mailbox. Is it possible to download the public
folder to a PDA? We use Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000.

If it is not possible, how do you suggest viewing all contacts without
having to merge the personal and office folders?
