How do I view the message headers?

I have Outlook XP. I can pull up a message and go to view > options
and see Internet Headers. There are none. Now, the message is within
the same organization and uses the same Exchange server, so I don't
know if anything is supposed to be in there or not.

If we are on the same mail system, using the same Exchange server, can
I pull up headers, or something in Outlook to show me where the user
sent the message from (like the IP Address of the user, etc.)

Thanks.

If a message is kept within an Exchange organization there are no
Internet headers since the message was never sent over the Internet.

not from the client. you could use logs and message tracking to trace it.
