How do I view user defined fields added to outlook business conta.

I installed the small business edition. I customized the business contact
manager form, as I had done with previous outlook version. Unfortunately, I
can no longer see user defined views on this form in a view list.

How can I see them or when will I be able to see them? What's a work around?

Hi
BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence even if the BCM forms (Business Contacts or Accounts or Opportunities)
were customized (new fields added or changed), they would not available for
use on the BCM data.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.

Not being able to customize the form leaves a lot to be desired. What is
the plan to get this improved, fixed, changed, etc?
