How do I wrap a cell down to the next row when I am going from left to right and I reach the right m

Debbie,

If you use Tab to move across, Excel will remember where you started
tabbing, and at the right when you press Enter instead, it will drop down
one row, and left back to where you started your tabbing.

Or you can select the whole range, then use only Tab to move across, or
Enter to move down. At the rightmost column of the selection, Tab will take
you to the leftmost cell of the next row. Shift-Tab and Shift-Enter will
take you backwards.

Or, if this is a well-behaved table, with headings, one row per record,
etc., you may be able to use Data - Form.
