How do I write a dynamic follow up sales letter to a request for .

I am looking for a dynamic, effective letter to send potential clients after
we have sent them a quote. A follow up letter.

Why use a letter? A 'phone call would be much much better.

I agree Gordon and thank you.
However, the situation I have run into is that people request an online
quote and do not provide any other personal contact information than their
email.
They are probably requesting quotes from several companies and do not wish
to be bombarded by sales calls or follow up calls.
So, I need my company name to stick in their heads!

Try typing "Follow up letters" into Google (without the quotes) - you'll get
a fair few hits!
