How do I write a PLAY ALL

I have a webpage which will contain 21 MP3 files and I would like a
button or at least a hyperlink to play all in order. How can I do
this? I am a beginner in this stuff.

I believe you would make up a playlist that references
the 21 files, and then link to the playlist.
