how do insert a heading on the form in access

i m using microsoft office 2003.
i ve made tables+forms but
i want to insert a heading in form.
i want 5 form's disply in a form,but with different headings

In design view of the form you can right click on the Detail bar and select
"Form Header/Footer" or "Page Header/Footer". This will divide your form up
and allow you to put headings above the detail sections.
