How do Install Microsoft Organization Chart for PPT 2003

I am trying to modify an Org Chart that I was given. I am using PowerPoint
2003 SP1. I have the Office CD but not sure what to do. The exact error
message says:

" The Microsoft Organization Chart server application can't be found.
Contact your system administrator to install the server application."
