How do install office 2003 from downloaded discs.

I purchased the file downloads from this web site;
http://www.oem-gallery.com. They send you the files and the product key, but
no CD. I downloaded them onto CD's. They were working but I had to restore
my computer. Now, when I try to reinstall the files, I get an error message
that configuration is incorrect and to reinstall the application. However,
when I try to install from the CD, it doesn't autorun, it just shows the
files. I don't know how to reinstall from the CD.

Browse the CD in Windows explorer - there should be a file on the CD called
setup.exe. Double-click it.
