How do it set up time sheets for my personel by the quarter .

I have a qroup of volunteers and we keep track of their hours and report
their hours by the quarter. I have this list in excel of volunteer with their
hours by quarter and by years and accumative years. I just need a simple way
to input data and have the reports I need.

Hi Shirley,

Do you mean that at the end of every quarter they tell you how may hours
each person worked in that quarter? If so, all you need is a table like
this

tblHoursWorked
PersonID
Year
Quarter
HoursWorked

PersonID can be the person's name, as long as everyone involved is known
by a different name.

You can use a simple form to enter the data, crosstab queries to report
hours by person by quarter or by quarter by person, and reports to
format them neatly for printing.
