I have a committee and want to inform all of an upcoming meeting. How do I
put all the committee members into an address where I click one time and have
all of them receive the e-mail?

Or instead of what Bob said, if you have Outlook 2003 or 2007 set up a
Category.......

Okay, I'm curious. I'm using OL2003. How do you select recipients based on
a category? Clicking on the To button just shows the contacts list. Didn't
see a means there of picking a category to select all recipients that
matched that category. Didn't see a means of creating a distribution list
based on category, either, because Select Members just takes me back to the
same Select Members dialog that I get when clicking on the To button when
composing a new e-mail.

Go to Contacts. View by Category. Select the Category then do
Actions-Create-New Message to Contact. (That's the 2007 way - 2003 may be a
bit different...)

That works - with an amendment that between "Select the Category" and
"Actions" that you select the recipients (Ctrl+A for all, or using Ctrl or
Shift with mouseclicks to pick some contacts before doing the Action).
Thanks for the heads up.
