How do put info in the left margin

Maggie

In a pleading to the left of the numbered lines I would like to add a firm name and address. Does anyone know how to do this?

Open the Drawing Toolbar and click on and add a Text Box wherever you want
it. If you want it on every page, click "View", "Header and Footer", then
add the text box. You can change the spacing, font, size, etc. of the text
as well to suit your needs.

Insert either a textbox or a frame (the latter is a button on the
Forms toolbar) and draw it in the margin. Insert the text in the box.
If you don't want a line around it, right-click the edge of the box.
Select Format Textbox and set the line color to No Line (or for a
frame, select Borders and Shading and select None).
